    • Payment: We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard. The payments depend on the item and its price. Email us and we will can tell you which payment applies to each item.
    • Shipping: We ship using UPS only. We have a dialy pick up with them so the rates are very reasonable. Items are insured for full purchase price. We pack on the Weekday mornings and will email you the total in the afternoons. If item is received with any damage please email or call us asap and please keep all packing material. We will be more then happy to get you an estimate on shipping. This does not apply for international shipping please email us and we can then give you the shipping policies for international customers
    • Returns: We accept returns on guitars after a 24 hour approval time. The guitar must be returned in the exact condition that it was received in. It must be fully insured for the full purchase price. Amplifiers are not returnable. They are insured for DOA. All of our items are tested the day they leave our location. So if they do arrive not in working order there was a problem during shipping.
