1970 Ampeg Dan Armstrong Lucite

Designed by renowned luthier and guitar innovator Dan Armstrong, this short-lived model was a must have for any rock guitarist in the early 70s! From the Stones, the Faces, Joe Perry, Joe Walsh, and later with punk and hardcore bands, the unmistakable "Lucite" body make these killer stage guitars, while the 24-fret neck, double cutaway body, and incredible sustain give them a great sound. This 1970 model features an original rare and desirable "ST" staple pole pickup, as well as a new Ken Armstrong pickup and includes the original case.
