Its Koa & maple construction is made from 2 pretty outer body halves around a very beautiful & figured 1 piece Koa neck-thru body, its ebony fingerboard has some 1st issue very fancy pearl inlays & an inlaid “R” on its headstock, this is one of the very earliest Mockingbird basses made & bears no serial #, it has an early set of “Hi-A” HB pickups & a factory Bad Ass bridge, it also sports all of the high end electronics offered by Bernie, it has some major wear & play time but is 100% original & extremely featherweight !, this is 1 of the coolest original B.C.Rich Basses in the world & certainly worth theprice of admission, it’s very good overall & comes in a nice padded gig bag.
