The neck plays fast & smooth, with low action from top to bottom. The active electronics include a switchable booster preamp, two phase switches, one series/parallel switch, a three way toggle, Varitone switch, 2 volume knobs, and 1 tone. Catch all that? Bottom line: this bass covers every bass tone on the planet! By the flick of a switch, you can go from heavy high output sounds, to light and smooth sounds. And of course the icing on the cake is the incredibly unique Mockingbird body design. Epic. Great fitting Gibson hardshell case included!
