At Andy Babiuk’s Fab Gear we ship your gear to you FREE! All qualifying items and orders over $100 placed through our website qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground and is limited to the continental United States. The shipping address must match your credit card billing address or your order will be cancelled. Repeat customers can call to request shipping to an alternative address. We usually ship by UPS or FedEx. With the high quality of instruments that we offer we feel that this is safest and most reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to accommodate all special shipping requests. All shipments are fully insured. You can upgrade to next day or second day shipping at your cost. Please call us to upgrade your shipment. Customer pays all shipping on any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped (except for layaways).
