Buffet Crampon B-flat clarinet, R13 model. Fixed thumb rest on lower pipe. Key silver plated. Serial number 37xxxx, made in 1993. Accessories: genuine hard case, case cover, selection certificate (by Mr. Naoshi Chiba, the principal of NHK Symphony Orchestra at that time), mouthpiece (Vandoren 5RV w/white tint), ligature, cap, reed case, price: 625,900 yen
[Condition.]
The key is dull and has some minor scuff marks. No cracks or repairs. All pads (white leather) and corks have been replaced and overhauled.

Although it has been manufactured for many years, the previous owner has handled and cared for it very carefully and kept it in very clean condition. Also, thanks to the high quality granadilla wood of this age, there is no roughness in the pipes or cloudiness at the joints. The tone balance is excellent due to the fact that it is a selected item, and it has the rich and lively sound that is unique to R13.
