Burny RFB
Fernandes is an indispensable part of the history of Japanese electric guitars.
Burny was introduced as a brand for Gibson copy models of Fernandes.
It is equipped with two Mini Humbucker PUs and a long vibrato bridge.
The top-of-the-line Burny FB model has a through-neck construction, but this one has a set neck.
The set neck construction, which is not possible in the original Gibson, is one of the charms of the Japan Vintage.
Compared to the original Gibson Firebird, the overall sound is mellow and subdued, with a very pleasant comped feel in the front and a tight, bouncy tone in the rear, a tone character that goes well with a variety of amps and effectors!
