Cone Vintage Alto Saxophone, New Wonder 2. original satin silver plated finish. Gold plated bell inner. Right hand E♭Equipped with trill key. Manufacture M17xxx made in 1926. Accessories: genuine vintage hard case (missing maker's emblem on the top cover).
[Summary]
Gold plating on bell inner is peeling in places. The original satin silver finish plating on the body and neck has retained at least 95%. No major damage or repairs. Disassembled, cleaned, all pads and soft mono replaced overhauled and adjusted. Right hand E♭Trill key(*) has been adjusted to be movable.
Right hand E♭Trill key ... D-E♭F-E♭Trill key...used for D-E, F-E, and F-E trills. When the middle finger of the right hand is removed, a small tone hole on the lower side of the body opens. This is one of the features that corresponded to the musical notation of the heyday of swing jazz.

The flagship model of Korn's past, featuring a rolled tone hole and micro-tuning device mechanism. The tone is thick and soft, as if it fills the space. The expressive tone is unique to Cohn's New Wonder. The pitch balance is also excellent.
