2006 Carr Slant 6V Head + Cabinet

Oh my. Here we have a lightly used 2006 Carr Slant 6V in excellent condition. This is a versatile and great sounding amp from the renowned Steve Carr of Carr Amps. Check it out.

Four 6V6 power tubes provide up to 40 watts, but this amp can operate at half-power with a simple flick of a switch on the back panel. In half-power mode, you can select cathode bias (18W) or fixed bias mode (22W), yielding tones reminiscent of early tweed and AC-style combos in cathode mode, and a punchier, more tightly defined sound in fixed bias mode. Two independent channels, Clean and Overdrive, are foot-switchable (footswitch included!). This Slant 6V also has an effects loop.

The open back cab is loaded with a pair of 12 inch Kingpin 60s which perfectly complement the amplifier.
