Tokai Gakki" has been promoting Martin in Japan since 1972 as a former distributor of Martin.
Based on the know-how as a distributor, we established Cat's Eyes under a Martin license.
The products were copied with great detail and precision, and became a prominent presence in Japan.

The model introduced here is TCM-250T.
Based on a 1930s 000-45, this model features a slightly smaller flower pot headstock inlay and a snowflake fretboard.
The all veneer body, long saddle, and painted pickguard are all reproduced with a lot of care and attention.

The sound is not too hard for a Japanese acoustic guitar, giving the impression of openness.
The arpeggio sound is very beautiful and sparkling, making it a great match for ballads.

The paint shows some cloudiness, but overall the instrument remains in beautiful clean condition.
