Description

At the 2005 Summer NAMM show, Charvel's rebirth was in full swing. This was the show that introduced this stunning Charvel Eldred Flames Star electric guitar — a gorgeous NAMM guitar that defies everything you know about masterful craftsmanship and amazing, dynamic tonality. A rare guitar that breaks the mold of normal star-bodied electric guitars, this Charvel takes the tradition of Strat-style headstocks and smacks it on top for a whole new Charvel playing experience. It's hand-painted by Mike Eldred in a classic white finish with Retro Flames adorning the top and sides for a slick and killer look.

Genuinely-built in America, this guitar features a comfortable alder solidbody with a smooth and easy-to-play D-profile one-piece maple neck, home to a matching fingerboard with twenty-two jumbo-sized frets. A pair of powerful DiMarzio pickups are installed, producing a gripping and sturdy voice that can be shaped into your preference using a three-way toggle switch and a single brass volume control, matching the brass strap button on the backplate. The original Floyd Rose bridge system is still installed, giving you a whole new realm of tonal capabilities and tricks to perform.

This guitar is in Excellent condition, as there are no issues to point out aside from a finish crack on the neck heel. Otherwise, this guitar is in great and ready playing status, with an estimated fret life of 99.9% remaining. The original trem bar is included with this guitar. The very first of the Charvel reissues using Strat heads built in 2005, this NAMM Eldred Flames Star is ready for you now at Replay Guitar Exchange!
