A well constructed Telecaster style guitar, with semi-hollow construction, high quality hardware, and an acoustic-width neck that offers plenty of left hand room.
Two-piece south American Mahogany chambered body with highly figured maple top, bass-side F-hole, dark cherry sunburst stain under gloss lacquer finish. Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, brass dot position markers, bone nut and Gotoh tuning machines. Fender noiseless pickups, 6 saddle bridge and standard Tele wiring.
The guitar’s neck is actually surprisingly comfortable, despite its 1-3/4” width at the nut. The carve of the back is very full and rounded, not dissimilar to a vintage Gibson’s, and the fingerboard features a standard Fender radius of 9.5” – which makes the neck nestle into your hand. No, it feels nothing like a standard Tele neck, but we suspect a great many of you would rather appreciate the vintage acoustic feel this guitar has to offer. We’ve set it up with 11-49 strings, and it has a real enjoyable ‘dig-into-in’ thing going on.
The guitar is in excellent condition. The frets show just the smallest wear grooves, finish is in excellent shape, and there aren’t too many love dents around the body’s edges.
