2019 Collings 1MhT (All-Mahogany Traditional Model) Natural Honduran Mahogany

Here we have our first arrival, a Collings Parlor 1MhT, and it’s a stunner with top, back, and sides of beautiful Honduran Mahogany plus all the Traditional Model appointments.

Collings Traditional Models have a high-gloss extra thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, animal protein glue, tapered slotted headstock with Waverly engraved tuners and Ebony buttons, Ebony pyramid-style bridge with 2 5/16 inch spacing, tortoise style end pins, Ebony compound radius (14-26) fingerboard, 1 3/4 inch bone nut, drop-in bone saddle, modified V neck profile with neck depth of .845 inches at the first fret and .922 inches at the seventh fret, and a 24 7/16 inch scale length.

Fit and finish on Collings guitars is as good as it gets, and this little gem lives up to that standard. Build quality is one thing, but tone and playability are even more important, and this Parlor will enthrall you with its resonant tone, touch sensitivity, and surprising volume. It’s the definition of a lifetime guitar, one you’ll want to keep forever. Comes with a custom fitted deluxe hardshell case, of course.
