The Collings CL 'City Limits' draws from traditional solidbody electric design, with a set neck, mahogany back and neck, and figured maple cap.

So far, that's pretty ordinary, but this is a Collings, and Collings doesn't do ordinary. The choice of materials and the quality of the woodworking and finishing are top shelf; this is about as good as it gets.

Built during 2001 at the Collings shop in Austin, Texas, this Collings CL City Limits is a standard model, with a lovely tobacco sunburst.

It has been played, so there is some honest play wear marking on the top and some light rivet rash the back. Fret wear is light.

This instrument is in all original condition (except for the strings, of course) and includes the original Collings hardshell case.

Our primary carrier is FedEx. We also use Canada Post where rates or delivery schedules may provide better service to our customers. While we try hard to ship promptly, we will hold shipments if we determine that weather issues may cause damage to the shipped item.
