2018 Collings I-35 Deluxe with ThroBaks, Premium Quilt Top Lemon Burst
Offered is yet another Collings I-35, in this case a Deluxe model built in 2019. We sell a great many of these guitars simply because they are the best semi-hollow electrics currently being built.
The I-35 Deluxe uses a solid wood top, back and sides as opposed to the laminated wood used on the LC models. Further, the I-35 Deluxe receives Collings' fanciest cosmetics and the resulting instrument is a work of fine art.
This 2018 guitar sports a premium quilted Maple carved top on with Honduran Mahogany used for the back and sides. The premium top alone is a $450 upgrade. This one also gets a premium nitro finish in rare Lemon Burst. The Honduran Mahogany neck has Collings' medium/fat C neck shape which measures .865" deep at the first fret, 1.00" at the twelfth and feels great. The Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard is gorgeous and is upgraded with parallelogram inlays. The guitar has a 24-7/8" string scale, a 12" fretboard radius, medium frets abd a 1-11/16" bone nut. The upgraded ThroBak pickups make an already great guitar even better. This beautiful piece has a total weight of just 6 pounds, 15 ounces.
These guitars are lovely to play, hear and look at. Until you have played one of these, you cannot appreciate just how smooth and easy a guitar can play. The tone is awesome as well. This guitar is in superb condition and with little to no evidence of play. The frets are spotless. It comes in it's original Ameritage case, also in near mint condition.

Shipments to locations within the State of New York are subject to imposition of applicable New York Sales taxes. Trade proposals involving quality gear are welcomed! Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
