Spiffy Italian made hollow single pickup (which is likely from the late '60's prior to Hohner distribution) with no structural issues and all original!
It does have the common top-lacquer coat checking (most Italian made guitars do, as well as numerous nicks and dings, but NO cracks in wood, just finish-SEE PHOTOS).
Neck and all components have no problems....plays and sounds good (strung it with 11's).
Hardshell case is included (Japanese, avg cond but functional) ---
It weighs in at only 5 1/2 lbs too!
