Free U.S. shipping (lower 48) on most items except for specialized and oversized items. All International sales are Final. All orders placed on Sat-Mon will ship the following Tues.
All purchases have a 48 hour approval period. If not satisfied, contact Lark Guitars within the 48 hour approval period. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be complete, unregistered, in the original condition, packaging with all accessories, and documentation. Returned items are to be shipped and fully insured and show no signs of wear, use, or damage. All shipping charges both outbound and inbound are to be borne and insured by the customer. Returned product must be sent using the same carrier and service as delivery. We require a tracking number within 48 hours of return request. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all returned items less shipping. In the event the buyer feels the need to contact the manufacturer during the 48-hour return period, we ask the client to contact Lark Guitars prior to contacting the manufacturer, and Lark Guitars will provide the communication as a service for the client.
