Baritone guitars are a staple of recording studios. We've heard Baritone guitars on thousands of records but maybe never connected up the twangy low register, sometimes distorted, guitar tones with the long-scale guitar known as a Baritone. For those who don't know, Baritones are generally tuned a perfect fourth below standard guitar tuning (B, E, A, D, F#, B) though other tunings are also used. While first position chords can be muddy, double stops and upper register chords sound clear and bold. And the real talent of Baritones are those single string lead tones that twang like a tele on steroids. It's not all about twang, however. Loads of atmospheric tones also abound.
Set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech, this Korean-Made Dano Baritone is literally ready to rumble. Add one of these to your arsenal and discover new sonic territory at your next gig.
