Description

Everybody needs a twelve-string guitar in their arsenal, even if you don’t use it that often. Here we have a Blue Sparkle 1990s Danelectro DC-12 that looks cool and will definitely give you that ringing, chimey tone whenever you need it. Danelectros are without a doubt the king of budget twelve strings. They play well and the lipstick pickups are legendary for their pure, clean tone.

Nice wide nut at 1 3/4 inches. Maple neck with 25 inch scale length. Neck depth at first fret is .81 inches and at the twelfth fret .89 inches. Rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets. The pickguard has been painted black and the vinyl strip has been removed from the sides of the body. The back of the neck has been sanded to a satin finish for better playability. There is a repaired crack at the bottom strap button.

This is a ton of guitar for the money. Not only will you be able to fill in the Tom Petty and Roger McGuinn licks to your heart’s content, but that Blue Sparkle finish will look great on stage. No case with this one.
