DigiTech Whammy 4 IV Pitch Shifter Pedal

Everything works great! Shows some cosmetic wear as pictured. Includes unit only, no power supply or other accessories included.   

The black knob falls off sometimes, it looks like the inside cracked a bit. The previous owner added some white tape on the pot as shown to help with this. I did not see any official Digitech replacements available or I would've just replaced this, but it would be easy to just use a different knob.
