1991 Dobro 60DS Sunburst

DESCRIPTION
For your consideration a 1989 Dobro 60DS in a Sunburst finish. Dobro was founded by the Dopyera Brothers in 1929 after being asked to design a loud acoustic guitar! They built a single outward facing cone resonator that would become Nationals main competitor! They became so famous Dobro is now synonymous for wood body resonator!

Specs! This Dobro is all original and in very good condition. Three plate ope gear tuners. Decal logo. Bone nut with a 1-13/16? width. Maple square neck. It has a 24.75? scale length. Rosewood fingerboard. 19 small frets. Laminate maple body finished in sunburst. Cast spider bridge. Comes with its original hard shell case. Weighs 6 pounds and 6 ounces.

If you’ve ever heard a killer lap steel solo then you’ve experience the beautiful siren qualities that send shivers down your spine. This is an awesome instrument. More than loud enough acoustically. Fun instrument, not our forte but we just couldn’t resist!
