This preamp pedal is a 2-in-1 Marshall analog overdrive + Rangemaster booster. Side A is meticulously tuned to reproduce the sound, dynamics, and response of classic British amps. It is easy to create tube-like crunch to distortion sounds. In addition to the standard Level, Gain, and Tone controls, a Shape control has been added to color the midrange. Side B is a very powerful booster inspired by the legendary Rangemaster, and the RANGE knob is inspired by the Rangemaster, giving you control over that very unique midrange. In addition, there is a LOW & HIGH EQ. Both sections can be stacked using the Order switch in the center (A→B or B→A).
