A truly stunning and original 1966 Epiphone Casino in classic Sunburst finish! For all intents and purposes, this example is essentially identical to the famed 1965 Epiphone Casino used by John Lennon! Both John and George purchased 1965 Casinos, inspired by McCartney’s use of the earlier 1962 model. George’s guitar was fitted with a chrome Bigsby, while Lennon’s used a standard trapeze tailpiece, just like this one! The neck profile is a comfortable medium carve, and the guitar itself is incredibly resonate! Two well-voiced P-90 pickups give this guitar a wonderful tone, with a 7.58K in the bridge, and 8.25K in the neck position. The frets have plenty of life left, and overall the guitar is in absolutely beautiful shape!

It weighs in at 6 lbs and 4 oz, and comes with original Epiphone blue lined case.
