2011 Epiphone Casino VS Vintage Sunburst

Summary: The Epiphone Casino Guitar is the guitar that put Epiphone on the map. Ever since The Beatles purchased three Casinos back in 1964, this hollow Epi model has taken on a life of its own. Equipped with two vintage P-90 single-coil pickups, the Casino still delivers those Beatlesque tones at a price every player can afford. This particular Epiphone was made in 2011 & it features a wonderful glossed vintage sunburst finish & it sounds and plays great! After looking at this instrument again we did notice that the back of the headstock is marked as a "2ND" from the factory - this was probably called a second because there is a small blemish in the sunburst finish near the treble horn on the top of the instrument.  We also cleaned up the grime on the back of the headstock & the Quality Control white sticker that is in the photo came off....

Body: Double cutaway hollow body electric guitar with full binding on the top & the back!

Neck: Fully bound mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, block inlays, vintage style tuning keys, 24.75” scale length, slim taper D neck profile, 1 11/16” nut width, 22 frets.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, vintage style tuning keys, block pearloid inlays, cool “Epiphone” headstock logo, 2 P90 pickups, 2 volume knobs, 2 tone knobs, 3-way switch.

Cosmetics: This instrument is in wonderful shape. There are some light pick scratches on the pickguard and the top of the guitar but overall this guitar shows very little wear & it was well cared for.

Playability: We put a new set of 10’s on this beautiful guitar & adjusted the action so it plays great up & down the fingerboard. The frets are in great shape & have a ton of life left in them.
