This Epiphone Frontier was made by Gibson in the USA in 1963. The frontier has maple back and sides, a 25.5 inch scale, and therefore has a unique sound for a 60's Gibson acoustic. This is an early example with the short headstock and western motif "rope & cactus" pickguard. This guitar sounds exceptionally good. It has an atypical neck crack, running vertically with the woodgrain through the headstock. It has been pro-repaired and is not very noticeable. The guitar is original except for the tuners which are aged repros. It comes with the original hard shell case.
