Spruce top with maple back and sides, and mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard. The body binding is crumbling off of this guitar, but the neck binding is excellent. The tuners have been changed. Existing tuners are a mismatched set, but they’re repros of the originals, so there’s no reeming or extra screw holes. Something has reacted with the finish (maybe an old guitar strap) on sections of the back of the body, and on the front of the body below the bridge. The pickguard is gone. There are a couple of surface cracks below the bridge. They are not too deep, but they are in the wood. The top is not flat. There’s a bulge below the bridge, and a bit of a dip between the bridge and soundhole. Not too bad, I’ve seen worse. Frets show some wear, but there’s a lot of fret left, and the fingerboard is in great shape. One changed and one missing strap button. This guitar has it’s issues, but it plays and sounds great. Has the narrow 1 9/16” neck. An outstanding guitar.
