The beauty of this pre-owned Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute Plus with its Midnight Ebony top really turned heads when the Replay Guitar team first purchased this instrument. Epiphone's long friendship with innovator Les Paul dates back to the late '30s and early '40s when Les, working at night at the Epiphone factory in New York City, created one of the world's first solidbody electric guitars. The Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute honors their friendship with Les by combining his classic design features with legendary Epiphone quality and value. The guitar is powered by two Gibson USA '57 Classic humbucker pickups with series/parallel pickup switching via two push/pull tone pots with 4-conductor pickup wiring. The frets on this guitar show only 5% wear so there is plenty of life left on this neck. This Epiphone is very clean and in excellent condition. An Epiphone hardshell case is included.
