The LTD Alexi Hexed is built in Korea, offered in an offset V-shape alder solidbody with neck-thru-body construction made up of a three-piece thin U-profile maple neck with a natural satin finish for smooth and fast playability. The Macassar ebony fingerboard (scalloped from frets 19-24) has sawtooth inlays and glow-in-the-dark side markers.
A single high-gain, ceramic EMG HZ F-H2 passive pickup with volume control offers excellent presence and clarity with a punchy response — a unique yet roaring sound perfectly suited for all things metal. It's controlled by a single volume control, and rounded-off by a Floyd Rose 1000 double-locking bridge with chrome hardware and Grover tuning machines.
