1950 European Engraved Classical Set

Most unusual and unusually fine, the plates on these appear to be truly hand-engraved with floral and leaf patterns, not the usual roller-die stampings, indicating a much higher quality of tuning machine overall. 2-29/32” spacing (metric equivalent?); one roller slightly cracked but quite usable. Can someone out there identify these for me? $95
