1987 Fender '62 Reissue Stratocaster AVRI Seafoam Green '57 RI Body

This is a very nice Fender Stratocaster '62/'57 American Vintage Reissue, made in the USA in 1987 in a rare seafoam green finish and looks beautiful. This guitar is in very clean condition for its age. The guitar has features of both a '62 reissue and '57 reissue. This guitar features a 1987 or 1986 '57 Reissue AVRI body which has a 9 hole single ply pickguard and a 1987 '62 Reissue Neck with a nice slab Rosewood fretboard. The neck and body are very close in age with the neck dating to 1987 and the pots date 1986. The wiring and parts do appear all original. If someone did change the neck and put a '62 neck on the '57 body it was done a long time ago based off how the paint aged in the neck pocket. Regardless this is a fantastic playing and sounding Stratocaster from an excellent era in Fender's history. The guitar weighs in at 7 lbs 9.8 oz and comes with the original tweed case pictures.
