2015 Fender 63' JourneyMan Telecaster Aged Red Sparkle

Summary: This is a really beautiful red sparkle Fender Custom Shop “63 Journeyman Relic” and it comes with a wonderful Fender hardshell case, the original Certificate of Authenticity, Tele Bridge pickup cover & the original hang tags! This instrument was made in 2015 & it sounds and plays great.

Body: Solid alder body with a red sparkle aged finish. Fender says this is a 1963 Tele body style.

Neck: Maple neck with a AAA Guitar Sites rosewood fingerboard, 21 frets, 9.5” radius, 1.65” nut width, 60’s style oval C shape, Sanko 6105 frets, dot inlays, vintage style tuning keys with Fender logo, Nitro Lacquer finish, 4 bolt neck, 61-65 Fender logo on the headstock.

Pickups/Hardware: original American Vintage 64’ tele pickups, 60-64 G/B/G relic tele pickguard, American Vintage ’64 Tele bridge with threaded saddles, chrome hardware, vintage style tuning keys,

Cosmetics: This instrument was given some relic wear in the factory so it does have several nicks & dings that Fender put on it before it left the factory – overall it looks like a well-played and highly distinctive Fender Telecaster.

Playability: This lightweight beauty plays great! We put a new set of 10’s on the guitar & adjusted the neck so the action is low & it feels wonderful up & down the fingerboard. The frets are in great shape with most of their life left in them!
