2011 Fender American Standard Jazz Sunburst
Summary: This is a wonderful 2011 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass in a 3-tone sunburst with a rosewood fingerboard & the original hard-shell case. This bass has recently been set up with a set of DR Black Beauty strings & it plays and sounds great.
Body: Solid alder body Jazz bass with a sunburst finish.
Neck: Graphite reinforced maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, 20 frets & open back Fender tuning keys. This bass has a modern “C” shape
Pickups/Hardware: 2 single coil Jazz bass pickups, chrome hardware, open back Fender tuning keys, dot inlays,
Cosmetics: This instrument does have a few signs of wear – there are scratches on the pickguard, a few small dings on the body & some light scuffing or buckle rash on the back but overall this bass is a real beauty.
Playability: This bass plays great – we set it up with a new set of DR Black Beauty strings & made sure the truss rod is fully functional. The action is low & the instrument could be set up to play any way you like!
