Excellent condition featuring double cutaway contoured alder body with Inca Silver finish, multi-ply tortoiseshell grain pickguard, three single coil Stratocaster pickups with parchment pickup covers, one volume control and two tone controls with parchment skirted knobs with gold text, five way pickup selector switch with parchment white tip, two point pivot tremolo bridge with six individual adjustable steel block saddles, elongated oval metal output jack plate, maple neck with walnut skunk stripe, maple fingerboard with black dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, small Stratocaster shaped maple peghead, Fender spaghetti logo, Stratocaster and Made in USA logos, two metal string trees, six in a line Fender stamped chrome sealed tuning machines, serial number stamped on the back of the peghead, four bolt neck fastening plate with engraved Fender logo, multi-ply pearloid tremolo cavity cover plate, two metal strap buttons and molded black rectangular hard shell case. This guitar weighs 8lb 3oz.

This 1997 Fender American made Stratocaster is in excellent cosmetic condition showing very few signs of play wear throughout. The neck profile is that of a soft C shape and feels great in hand. The frets show very few signs of use and have tons of life left in them. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays fantastic up and down the fingerboard. The original pickups in this guitar sound extremely good and are very well balanced. The two point pivot tremolo system works as it should and is very smooth making for easy operation. The pickguard is a later replacement - it fits perfectly and looks outstanding against the Inca Silver finish. The case is also a later replacement made by Freedom and fits the guitar very well. This is an extremely well-made American Fender guitar that is sure to provide many years of loyal service and companionship. Perfectly suitable for stage, home or studio use.
