Description

An early example of the Bass VI featuring the Jaguar-style pickups and “high-cut” switch! These unique instruments, tuned a full octave below the guitar, work well as standard basses and are also fantastic creative and studio tools wth a wide range of sounds. The Bass VI has been used by many legendary artists including Jack Bruce of Cream, The Beatles, John Paul Jones, John Entwistle, Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac and the Cure. This example is in excellent, clean condition with only light signs of finish wear and is 100% original, with the original bridge mute and bridge cover. Plays great with a Brazilian Rosewood “slab” fretboard and has a killer set of pickups delivering a punchy, detailed tone. Includes original brown hardshell case.
