Fender Blacktop Telecaster HH 2014 Candy Apple Red Rosewood Fretboard w/ Bag

This guitar plays and sounds great, and has some great upgrades! The Blacktop series are some of my favorite guitars Fender has ever put out and they're becoming increasingly less common to find. Great rosewood fretboard and the upgraded Seymour Duncan humbuckers sound awesome. Super fun guitar all around! 

The pickups have been upgraded to a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge, and Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup in the neck. Some of the wiring and electronics look to have been replaced when this was done. 

This guitar does have a repair on the back of the neck, near the heel where there was a crack. This has been properly addressed and the neck feels smooth in that area. There is a route under the pickguard, where the previous owner had a now removed switch for the electronics. The back of the neck has been sanded a bit giving more of a satin feel than the typical Blacktop gloss feel.  

Outside of the noted repair and replaced parts, this guitar is overall in nice shape. There are a few small blemishes in the finish. There is a ding in the back of the neck as shown. There are some other small scratches and nics throughout. The tone knob has a small chip in it. Frets are in nice shape with plenty of life left!

Many parts have been swapped on this guitar. The pickups/pickup ring/mounting screws/wiring have been replaced, as well as the pickguard and accompanying screws. This did not come in with the original pickups or other components. The guitar otherwise appears to be original.
