c. 1954 Fender Champion Lap Steel Guitar in Rare Blue Pearloid Finish!

Nice 1950's Fender Champion steel guitar in blue. You'll likely know that Champion lapsteels were most commonly in a yellow pearloid finish. Other finishes were available but much more scarce. The finish has aged to a very cool Green pearloid look. The guitar had most of the parts changed sometime about 20-25 years ago so unfortunately it's not all original (pickup, tuners, electronics changed among other parts), but it does function quite well and sounds very nice and strong. The guitar is ready to go and is playing great! It comes with an old alligator lined hardshell case with cool handle.
