Description

Another super clean one for the ages! We’ve got a 1971 Fender Coronado II in the super cool Antigua finish. This hollow body Fender is so clean from across the room it looks like a reissue! All original! Even comes with the instruction manual! The Coronado model was first introduced in 1966 and was designed by Roger Rossmeisl (a former Rickenbacker employee). To this day it is one of the very few hollow electric models Fender makes. The II at the end of the model means its a 2 pick up version (single coil DeArmonds). This one is also outfitted with a trem system. The Antigua finish on this model looks amazing. Its one of the few models that Fender did a matching Antigua headstock on, which looks to cool for words! This is a fantastic instrument, sounds great, super comfortable to play and looks like no other Fender!
