A beautifully vibrant and original 1967 Fender Coronado XII in Cherry Red! Fender entered the twelve string market with the Electric XII, and also tried breaking into the semi-hollow market with the Coronado models in 1965. Fender combined the two guitars in 1967 when they released the Coronado XII! Fender used the same “hockey stick” neck for both the Electric XII and Coronado XII, with slightly different appointments. While very few Electric XII had a bound fretboard with block inlays, most Coronado XII’s had these features as standard. The semi-hollow body lends a slightly different range to the Electric XII. Two evenly matched pickups give this guitar a beautifully clear voice, with a 9.81K in the bridge position and a 10.13K in the neck position. The slender neck profile on this guitar makes it an absolute joy to play, and it sounds absolutely fantastic!

It weighs in at 6 lbs and 7 oz, and comes with original hardshell case.
