DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a fantastic 1966 Fender Custom Color Stratocaster in its original and well-worn Lake Placid Blue finish. This transitional era instrument features a large headstock, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard w/ pearl dotes, Kluson double line tuners, and an F serial plate. The neck is stamped 13DEC65B, original grey bottom pickups date to 11-3-66, and the pots are coded 1376542 dating to the 42nd week of 1965. The wiring is all original including the original 3 way switch. At one point the pickup cavity was shielded with shielding paint and the guitar has been professionally refretted. At the same time, a new nut was installed. Otherwise, this instrument is stock and has all the vibe and all the mojo!! Plays and sounds fabulous and comes complete with its original hardshell case.

In the event of any return the buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction. In the event a return is requested on an item prior to shipment or delivery a 10% restocking fee will be deducted at our sole discretion. All returns must be approved by phone or email and must be returned in the exact condition they left our store. Any item returned not in the same condition it left our store is subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion. For logistical reasons we are unable to accept returns on any transaction involving a trade, both in store and online. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at customer's expense.
