Description

Offered is this lovely Stratocaster from the early years of the Fender Custom Shop. This guitar was completed in February, 1993 during the period when John Page, one of Fender's earliest Master Builders, managed Custom Shop operations.

This specs of this marvelously maintained 27 year old instrument include: an Alder body with a 3 tone sunburst nitrocellulose finish; a nicely flamed Maple neck has a '60's oval C-shape with depth measurements of .81" at the first fret and .92" at the twelfth fret; a nice dark Rosewood fretboard with a 9.5" radius, 6105 frets and a 1.650" nut; a mint green pickguard and trem cavity cover; black bobbin single coil pickups with modern wiring and controls, including a five-way switch. The guitar has a total weight of 8.0 pounds.

This guitar plays great and sounds superb. Please check out the brief sound sample link below. It has the clarity and 'qwack' that premium Strats are known for. It is freshly setup with Elixir Nano light guage strings.

This guitar is in amazing condition, particularly for an instrument that is more than a quarter century old. The frets show little to no wear. One tiny impression in the area where your right forearm lays while playing is all I can find in the way of flaws (see photo). It comes in it's original tweed case along with the certificate of authenticity and the accessories shown.

Just a sweet Strat from the John Page era of the Fender Custom Shop. Make this beauty yours!
