2011 Custom Shop 1953 Telecaster Heavy Relic
This is the "'53 Telecaster Heavy Relic" model, which has a standard look of black pickguard and blonde finish, and follows the 1953 spec in which the screw fixing the pickguard was changed from slotted screws to Phillips screws.
The weather check of the entire body, the paint peeling on the fingerboard surface and the back of the neck are reproduced by heavy relic processing, creating a vintage-like atmosphere in every detail such as the attachment traces of the bridge cover.
The neck has a C-shape that is slightly slimmer than the Nocaster model, and the fingerboard is 9.5 radius with medium jumbo frets.
The capacitor has been replaced with a film type made by All Parts Japan, but the original parts are also included. The wiring of the pickup selector is the current wiring.
There are threads on the pickguard, and the frets have been slightly decreased on the treble string side of the low position, but they left about 70%, and there is no problem with the neck and rod.
Fingerboard Radius: 9.5R
Fret: Medium Jumbo type
Case: Original Hard Case
