Description

I've always loved Nocasters and the large U-shaped neck that comes with this model. At the same time, I'm a fan of rosewood fingerboards, which don't typically come with this model. Offered here is a guitar that resolves that conflict and then some! Check out this magnificent Nocaster by Master Builder Yuriy Shishkov. This guitar has a one-piece neck made from a block of rosewood with a maple center strip. It has a Nocaster U-shape carve with depth measurements of .950" at the 1st fret and 1.00" at the 12th, Medium/Jumbo fret wire, a 9.5" fretboard radius, a 1.650" nut and a satin finish. The body on this guitar is made from an extremely light piece of ash and even with the rosewood neck this guitar has a total weight of just 6.4 pounds! To make sure it sounds great, Yuriy gave this guitar fabulous Abbey Ybarra handwound single coil pickups along with modern wiring. This guitar plays like "butta". The tone is vintage Tele twang, but without any harshness. The light weight and superb balance of this guitar make it a joy to play strapped-on or sitting. This 2011 model is in superb condition too. Like a real vintage Fender, the body has an extremely thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish and shows a bit of nitro "shine" around the edges where it touches your body when being played. Otherwise, it is in near mint condition with just the slightest signs of use, frets included. It comes with it's original tweed G&G thermometer case, the certificate of authenticity, build sheet and the accessories shown. This is one of the finest Fender Teles I've had in stock in quite some time. Just fabulous!
