2021 Fender Custom Shop TRG Inspired By ‘64 Esquire (1964 reissue) Vintage Blonde

As part of our celebration of being in business for 10 years we teamed up with the Fender Custom Shop to create a batch of instruments that are based on and inspired by some of our absolute favorite vintage Fender guitars we've sold over the decade we've been a store. The outcome is simply fantastic.

This Fender Custom Shop 1964 Esquire Heavy Relic "TRG Inspired By" in Aged Vintage Blond is based off a 1964 Fender Esquire we acquired last year. We received it from one of our favorite local customers here in Portland, and sold it to one of our favorite customers in Seattle. Love it when our favorite guitars stay “in the family.”

This Esquire features an ash body in Aged Vintage Blonde w/ flash coat lacquer finish, 64 Telecaster shaped Maple neck with flash coat lacquer finish, AAA Rosewood fingerboard with clay dots and a 9.5” radius, 6105 fret wire, a Hand-Wound 64 Telecaster bridgevpickup, “Full Throttle” Esquire wiring and Journeyman relic finish package meant to match the vibe and feel of the original 1964 Esquire this is based off.
