I've said it before, but it seems that Wildwood Guitars of Colorado gets some of the best guitars that the Fender Custom Shop makes and this guitar is no different. Wildwood sells enough Fenders to have established their own line of Custom Shop instruments known as "Wildwood 10's" which are named for their flatter fretboard radius necks. The specs for the fabulous 2013 Wildwood Stratocaster offered here include: a heavily aged, very light Alder body with a total guitar weight of just 7.2 pounds and a faded Sea Foam Green lacquer finish; a superb quartersawn Maple neck with a Mid-60's C-shape and depth measurements of .800" at the 1st fret increasing to .950" at the 12th fret; a gorgeous dark Indian Rosewood fretboard with Wildwood's namesake 10" fretboard radius, Dunlop 6105 frets, clay dots and a 1.650" bone nut; and for electronics, three John Cruz Limited single coils with VTT and five-way switching. The look, feel, playability and tone of this guitar rival most any Master Built guitar you are likely to come across. Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
