Custom Color Telecaster Customs are extremely rare, and lefty versions are virtually non existent. This is an original 1967 Fender Custom Telecaster, with an original black finish, lefty version. This guitar was custom ordered new and shipped to Australia. The case is the original "export" case. See the awesome pictures of the original owner included... He did modify the guitar. He changed the tuners, added a Fender wide-range humbucker, and a switch to the control plate. Fortunately the route is completely hidden underneath the pickguard. Both pickups are original, but the bridge pickup was rewound. The tuners are original but it did have F style tuners at one point so there are some extra holes on the back of the headstock. The pickguard and the control plate are not original (the original modified parts are included). Has the original "upside-down" lefty bridge plate. It has been pro-setup in our shop and is in excellent playing condition. We are always reluctant to say that you'll never see another, but in this case its probably true.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
