For your consideration a 1964 Duo Sonic with a ’65 Duo Sonic II neck finished in Transparent Red! Someone cherished this guitar! Extremely cool example of a rare Mahogany body Duo Sonic! The finish has tons of super awesome play wear. The owner sold the original neck and switched to a Duo Sonic II neck changing the scale length from 22.5″ to 24″! Its been refretted and they frets are currently in Excellent condition! Beautiful Brazilian Rosewood slab neck! Perfect action! Light as a feather, plays like a dream and oozes with Mojo!

This guitar is in good condition. It a 1964 Duo Sonic body with a 1965 Duo Sonic II neck. Non-original bone nut with a 1-9/16″ width. 24″ scale length. Maple neck with a depth of .86″ (1st fret) and .88″ (12th fret). Brazilian Rosewood Slab fingerboard with a 7.25″ radius. The neck mounting holes have been filled a drilled. Action measure 4/64″ straight across. Refretted with 22 medium frets currently in excellent condition. Rare Mahogany body finished in Transparent Red. Copper Shielding was added to the body. Non-Original Lollar Special neck pick up. Original bridge pick up and wiring. Non-original saddles. Weighs 6 pounds and 7 ounces.
