Here we have a fantastic example of a '59 Esquire.

Pure in it's simplicity, the Esquire does not skimp on tone and flexibility.  The three position selector brings a gamut of sounds, especially with some tone knob adjustment.

The guitar is 100% original and in what I would call Excellent condition, as it is all-original and in exceptional condition compared to others available on the market.

I have a Google Photos album that is loaded with pictures of every facet of the guitar.  I have pictured here what makes sense with the Reverb upload limitation.

The guitar has been played and handled, this is obvious, but the finish shows a nice gloss despite the wear.  The neck is in sweet shape with original frets in excellent condition and some nice finish checking on the headstock.  There is some plating coming off one of the knobs, typical of the period.  The original bridge cover is included with the guitar.

The guitar plays very well and can be set up with perfect, low action, thanks to the condition of the frets.

The tone is simply to die for.  If you're looking at this guitar, you know what you can expect and don't need me to apply hyperbole to push you over the edge.

Weight: 6lbs 15.8o
Approx Neck thickness at 1st fret: .815”
Approx Neck thickness at 12th fret: .975"
Pickup resistance: 6.69k

The case is in great shape as well with some typical wear.  All the latches close, one of the spring latches does not spring open, and the thumb actuator on the other does not spring closed.  The case wear is covered in photos in my Google photo album.

Due to the whacky nature of FedEx and UPS ground shipping activity during COVID (shipments taking well over 5 days when they should be 5 days max), I am only going to ship this guitar via 2 day air.
