1961 Fender Esquire Blond - Refin

This is a great playing and sounding Fender Esquire that was made in the USA in 1961. It has a wonderful slab board rosewood neck. It has been professionally refinished blond several decades ago and the finish looks authentic. Neck and body have both been refinished. According to the previous owner it was refinished by Fender in the early 80's but we are unable to verify that. Either way, it is a high quality job that has naturally checked and aged and it looks great. Before the refin the guitar was routed for a humbucker in the neck position and that route was professionally filled. The kluson tuners, bridge, and neckplate are original. The pickup and pots are non original but sound great. The pickguard and saddles are also changed. The guitar has been pro-setup and is a joy to play. It comes with the original brown case in the pictures.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
