1953 Fender Esquire Black Guard Butterscotch

Here it is ! It's so great to see a 50's Fender that has absolutely nothing changed or touched from the factory . This is a 1953 Fender Esquire , it's going to be pretty easy to describe this one ! Not 1 screw has been changed , all the solder points ,electronics (both pots have 1953 dates) and pickup are original and intact , all hardware and plastic are original to 1953 . The finish on the neck and body are original and in amazing shape with very faint checking , the guitar appears to have only been played in first position with a small amount of wear on the first 3 frets and a small amount of wear on the back of neck in the same position , there is some minor 'belt buckle' wear on the back of the guitar. The pickup reads 7.12k and sounds incredible . The guitar comes with the original poodle case that is in solid shape , all latches and hinges work , the interior is in amazing shape and fully intact , it also has an original cable , 50's strap, ashtray and a little envelope that held the original key . All Dates on the neck , neck pocket and control cavity are intact .
50's Fender's rarely show up in this kind of condition , amazing !
