Summary: These "Thin Skin" Vintage Reissues were a limited production run designed for select dealers. Released in custom colors with matching headstocks, the guitars feature 100% nitrocellulose lacquer finishes on both the neck and the body with no poly sealers or undercoats.

Body: Contoured offset body shape. Alder. Shoreline Gold thin nitrocellulose finish.

Neck: Maple bolt-on. Rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. Dunlop 6105 fret wire. 9.5" radius fret board. 25.5” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: Two USa Jazzmaster pickups. Two-position circuit selector button switch (Rhythm/Lead). Three-position pickup selector toggle for lead circuit. Separate volume and tone controls for Rhythm and Lead circuits. Adjustable bridge with vintage style "floating" tremolo, tremolo lock button, and bridge cover. Three-ply white/black/white pickguard. Fender vintage style tuners.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition with little sign of wear. There is some very light finish wear on the back of the neck that is hard to see unless under strong direct light. Otherwise, the thin custom-color finish is in fantastic shape, and has no dings or buckle rash.

Playability: The action is low, the frets are full, and the guitar plays smoothly with no buzz or dead spots. The vintage-voiced pickups dish out the bright, piano-like tone and percussive attack for which Jazzmasters are known.
